Reach all RPTU properties in Landau by bus

At the beginning of the summer semester and against the background of the introduction of the 49-euro ticket and the job ticket for RPTU employees in Landau, the Green Office Landau provides information about the possibilities of using the bus lines in the Landau city area to reach all of our university's properties:

 

Bus route 537

With the bus line 537 you can reach the following RPTU properties in Landau:

  • August-Croissant-Straße 5 (bus stop August-Croissant-Str.)
  • Bürgerstraße 23 (bus stop Vinzentius-Krankenhaus à footpath along the train stop Süd)
  • Fortstraße 7 (Campus) (Stops: Uni / Alter Meßplatz, Uni Nord)
  • Georg-Friedrich-Dentzel-Str. 24 (Südpark stop)
  • Heinrich-Diehl-Straße 5 (Kunsthalle) (Südpark stop)
  • Herrenbergstraße 13 (Schänzel)
  • Kaufhausgasse 9 (Frank-Loebsches-Haus) (stop Uni / Alter Meßplatz)
  • Marktstraße 40 (Rote Kaserne) (bus stop Uni / Alter Meßplatz or Westring)
  • Merowingerstraße 10 (bus stop Eutzinger Str.)
  • Thomas-Nast-Straße 44 (August-Croissant-Straße stop)
  • Westring 2 / Pestalozzistraße 3 (Westring stop)
  • Xylanderstraße 1 (bus stop Lunette 41)

Bus route 537 runs every half hour in both directions.

 

Bus route 536

Bus route 536 takes you to the following RPTU properties in Landau:

  • Marie-Curie-Straße 5a (bus stop Marie-Curie-Str.)
  • Maximilianstraße 8 (bus stop Stadtbibliothek)
  • Ostbahnstraße 10 (Landau Finanzamt stop)
  • Ostbahnstraße 12 (Landau Finanzamt bus stop)

 

Bus route 536 runs every half hour.

In addition, minibuses (lines 535, 536, 538) run from Alter Meßplatz on the inner city ring road via Deutsche Tor and the tax office to the train station as well as via Obertrorplatz and Weißquartierplatz to the train station and beyond. The Xylanderstraße branch can be reached via the minibus routes via Obertorplatz and the Bürgerstraße and Merowinger Straße branches can be reached on foot via Südring.
