Tagungszentrum Villa Denis
Die Villa Denis liegt im Diemersteiner Tal der Ortsgemeinde Frankenstein. Die TU und die Gemeinde kooperieren in vielfältiger Weise miteinander.
Die Villa Denis wurde Ende 2006 von der Stiftung für die RPTU gekauft. Sie steht in erster Linie der Universität, den Forschungseinrichtungen und den Stiftern als Tagungsstätte zur Verfügung. Gleichzeitig soll eine kulturelle Begegnungsstätte entstehen, die Raum bietet für Ausstellungen und Konzerte. So finden regelmäßig Konzerte der Villa Musica in der Villa Denis statt.
Die Tagungsräume der Villa bieten, je nach Bestuhlung, Gruppen bis zu 60 Personen Platz. Dabei sind auch kleinere Parallelsitzungen und Workshops problemlos in der Villa Denis zu organisieren.
Villa Denis Conference Center
The Villa Denis was acquired at the end of 2006 by the RPTU Foundation. The facility is primarily intended for use by the university, research facilities, and donors as a conference centre. Concurrently it serves as a cultural event center with rooms and space for exhibits and concerts. The Villa Musica in the Villa Denis is the venue for a regular series of concert performances.
The conference rooms at the Villa offer seating (depending on seat arrangement), for groups of up to 60 members. There is also the possibility to organize smaller meetings and workshops in parallel at the Villa Denis.
The rooms can be equipped with beamers, projection screens, flip charts, white boards, pinballs, and lecterns. An WLAN connection is available free of charge with "eduroam" or a cable connection is available in each conference room.
We can support and assist you in your selection of catering and services. You also have the option of self-sufficiency as we can provide a basic service of dishes, glasses, and coffee machines for your event.

Für die Räume stehen Beamer, Leinwände, Flipcharts, Whiteboards, Pinnwände und Rednerpulte zur Verfügung. Ein kostenloser Internetanschluss je nach Verfügbarkeit mit W-LAN über „eduroam“ oder Kabelverbindung gehören zu jedem Tagungsraum.
Gerne sind wir bei der Auswahl des Caterings behilflichund bieten Ihnen Unterstützung beim Service an. Eine Grundausstattung an Geschirr, Gläsern und Kaffeemaschinen ermöglicht es Ihnen aber auch, Ihre Veranstaltung selbst zu versorgen.

These rooms are equipped with projectors, projection screens, flipcharts, white boards, pin boards and lecterns. Each conference room also offers a free internet connection either with W-LAN via eduroam or a cable connection, depending on availability.
We would be glad to assist with booking catering and can support you with your service needs. Alternatively, you can look after your guests by yourself, using the tableware, glasses and coffee machines supplied with the room.
